Analyzing Jobs for Hazards

Hazards are always to be expected on a job site. Being able to recognize them is crucial to the role of everyone working. Today’s Safety Saturday moment discusses analyzing jobs for hazards.

Identifying and knowing how to fix potential hazards is everyone’s responsibility. Hazards go beyond the obvious dangers and can even be the smallest, everyday things that have the potential to go wrong. It’s important to be observant at all times and, should a hazard ever be recognized, a thorough discussion should take place. Everyone on site should know what steps will be taken to reduce or eliminate the hazards so everyone can work more safely.

Until next time, from all of us at the W. L. French Safety Department, stay safe out there.
